Rand McNally Classic Edition U.S. Wall Map – Paper Rolled

The only thing better than this map is the old ones that hang over a chalkboard and pull down. Those are very pricey. This one is not. Good graphics and colors so you’re able to differentiate each nation.

I like the colors and I like the amount of detailing and I really like the size. Going to use it for my family to mark all the places they have visited. However, I wished I had priced cork boards first! Cork boards are very expensive and the size I need for this is starts at about $50. The map is a great and very reasonable price match lower than any where else that I found. I would recommend and I probably would buy again.

I purchased this for my nephew. He is very interested in geography. He thinks the maps are perfect and has mounted them in his home office. I would highly recommend.

I bought the Rand McNally Signature last September because it was so cheap. It was also folded and 6 months on the wall never lessened the creases. It tore while rearranging the classroom, so I figured I'd take the opportunity to buy this beautiful map and its corresponding world map.·These are very large. Roughly 4 ½ by 3 feet.·Come in a plastic tube. Keeps them safe and creaseless but the friction of the plastic can make it very difficult to get the map out.·The colors are gorgeous and give off that antique feel without looking dull.·I accidentally set one next to my fountain drink and the condensation got on the edge. Luckily, the paper is thick enough that it dried out and didn't tear.·I really wish they didn't include the additional white edging around the decorative border. It just would have looked more like a framed map without it.

This is a pretty good map. The details are decent and it is a large size. I ended up putting it on my wall with no frame and it looks fine. It came in a plastic tube and the only complaint that I have is that you have to take your time getting it out of the tube as not to damage it. There are many more detailed maps out there, but this one works for everyday use.

These maps went up in my babies nursery. I had two maps in my room that we used to talk and play games with when I was little and it helped significantly when learning where things were.
