These are the mitts my instructor has me punch in cardio kickboxing. What kind of gloves should I use to protect my knuckles and wrists?

I use these and have been pleased with the knuckle and wrist protectionhttp://www.amazon.com/Everlast-Martial-Grappling-Gloves-X-Large/dp/B000JF4HOQ/ref=sr_1_10?s=sports-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1462935711&sr=1-10&keywords=ufc+gloves
