Aleene'sFelt and Foam Tacky Glue

This is my second bottle of Aleene's Felt & Foam and the product is excellent. I use it to adhere plastic labels to foam inserts that I use for my knife collection and this is the best glue I've found for foam. It comes out of the bottle in a controlled way and dries quickly. I'm redoing my collection and this stuff is better then anything I've used in the past.

Needed to attach felt to felt on a Christmas stocking. It was lettering and too delicate to sew on well. This glue worked fabulously!

Used to glue felt to wood and worked great and didn't soak through the felt. Good price and quality. Would buy again.

This is good glue for gluing a piece of foam. Its hold is good, but not miraculous or anything. It seems to be working pretty well though.

I got this for making a felt snowman for a game for a Christmas party. The glue was easy to open. Just snipped off the top and popped the seal off. Glue easily squeezed out for use. It applied smoothly and easily to the felt and seemed to grab onto the pieces beautifully. It says to dry one hour before handling. I’m letting mine dry overnight to add Velcro to be able to take pieces on and off. So excited to finish up my project. Very happy with the quality of this glue.

I was gluing foam sheeting to pad a cat shelf. Cons-the 'protective' piece under the lid was wedged into lid so had to use knife to get out instead of adhering to the bottle. the opening on the bottle is so small there was not sufficient glue to stick the foam together. Pro-when i took the lid off and just glooped the glue out and spread it, the pieces did stick (because i couldn't get the 'lid' cut to make a larger hole). It was cheaper and supposed to be foam specific (which i couldn't find in stores locally). I would not buy again for this type of project.

I bought this because the headliner in my car was starting to fall down in the front. I had tried two other products but they didn't work and actually made it worse. I tried this product and oh my goodness it worked great! It has been working ever since. The headliner looks great! I would recommend this product one hundred percent.

Just like the name says, this is great on felt! I spent hours, and I do mean hours, using a different product by this same company with poor results. When I read the label more closely, I realized it did not suggest using that other product on felt. I purchased this instead and oh my gosh, what a game changer! It doesn’t take a lot, and it holds quickly and firmly.
