PDP Donkey Kong Barrel Game Card Storage - Nintendo 2DS

I switch between games on my 3DS as I sit in bed. I like to keep them within reach and I have covers, cases and all sorts of different types of DS and 3DS cases. I like this Donkey Kong Barrel because I keep it near within reach, and its easy to see not only them, but the extra stylus I have (which include a nice Star Wars theme stylus which are quite long). Not just convenient, but it is very nice to look at it. Extremely sturdy, well built, and nice to look at it, it's a highly recommended product for 3DS and DS owners.

This Donkey Kong DS organizer is pretty cool. It's solid and looks exactly like the picture. It's not too bulky which is how I like it. I'm not the type of person who wants clutter all over my desk, but this thing has earned a permanent spot. If you are a DK fan or just an old school gamer... I recommend getting one of these.

I bought this for my son, to store some of his Nintendo 3ds games. The concept is nice, and it's pretty nice, but it is much smaller than expected. It would be much nicer, if it were a bit taller. But I suppose it's okay. Not sure if I would buy it again, based on the size of it. Good luck, hope this helps.

First of all, to put this review in perspective: I don't plan on using this for holding 3DS cartridges or any of my styluses (or is it styli?). I just got this as another part of my collection of Nintendo memorabilia. I love that it is a really accurate rendition of the barrels for the Donkey Kong games, which is kind of a niche item to have a replica of so I was pumped to see it. My only gripe, and it's a very minor one, is that it would have been awesome if they had assumed some people (like myself) would buy it to display it and would have made a "barrel topper" for that purpose. Otherwise it does look a little odd on display with it being open but nothing "in it." Mine is displayed on a shelf where that doesn't really matter though, but again it's such a minor gripe I'm not taking any stars off.For those who plan on using it to store games and styli (or is it styluses?), I think you'll be equally happy with it. I personally have a game case that I use for that functionality now since that's more portable, but this would be a really cool way to store those things on a desk or shelf at home.

I think this thing looks great on my desk and its a great storage device not only does it look great it feel great and not cheap

It's a sturdy item and looks really great. I'd like to setup a nice Nintendo-themed gaming room and I wanted more than Mario items (which are rather plentiful). This is a great way to represent other franchises, specifically Donkey Kong. Fits eight different 3DS and DS games and a slew of styluses. If only they made a banana-shaped stylus to really take the theme farther. Still, very cool item for the price.

At first I was kind of mad by how big it was, because I thought it would be smaller. Yet I have forgiven it for being its' current size. Anything that is a sd card (ds, 3ds, regular sd) can fit in there, but it is not like it is fitted in. The sd cards are lose. You can put anything in the stylus slot, such as pens and usbs. Amiibos can fit on top and you could probably stack these barrels ontop of each other.

I got this as a stocking stuffer for my husband. He liked the look of it. He was disappointed in the storage though saying "it takes up too much space for what it does". Something to keep in mind for people who value function over form.

Fun little collectible to house your 3DS games into, however, it also works great to hold your Nintendo Switch game cards. 🤓 It is well made, sturdy and has good detailing.
