I use it on my stainless steel revolver. Makes cleanup much easier.

Works a lot better than I expected. I had to preheat the part to 500 degrees. I applied the spray, welded the part, and the spatter cleaned right up. No fused balls of once molten mig wire.

Helps keep the splatter down.

It seems to work pretty good, but then I do end up with a film that takes almost as much work to clean off it I need a nice clean surface afterwards. So its give and take.

Weld-Aid anti-spatter spray dries quickly and provides a smooth finish after laying beads with my titanium 125 flux welder. Minimal spatter residue is left after using. Without the spray, my weld jobs are covered with spatter. Works very well

As a hobby welder, more often than not, I need a nice, clean weld. If I were a production welder, probably not. This stuff is amazing. I spray the area that I'm welding, and weld as usual. My mig machine is a good quality machine, so there isn't a lot of spatter, but with this spray, I literally have none. Even when I weld through this coating, all it takes is a quick shot of brake cleaner or acetone and it's all gone. I used it on the nozzle of my torch and no spatter there either. I definitely will keep this on hand for all my welding projects!
