I've used this model of gloves from Carhartt for years for many tasks. Tornado cleanup with chainsaw work, bulldozer operations, working on farms in various modes, and lots more and they stand up to the work, time after time. The safety cuff has paid off more than once working around trees with chainsaws (no, not chainsaw proof, but flying debris doesn't bother me around my wrists). They're warm enough for the most part, but in colder weather (below 40°), you may need an extra thin-layer glove inside to help.These gloves are great and when I wear them out (about every two years or so from work abuse, not quality problems), I'll buy more. For me, they're exactly the glove I need for hard working.

Ordered these gloves for my dad who does a lot of work outside in the winter. The gloves were warm enough when working and also had a nice quality feel to them. The leather felt nice and the reinforcements on the palm are awesome for rugged work. Highly Reccomended!

Easy slip on and off. Very durable. Very good gloves. I gave 3 stars for hand warmth but i don't think they are meant to be worn for that. I am sure if i added liners under them they would be fine. I used them to remove snow this season and my hands didn't get cold so they are not terrible. But again, that isn't their function.I would recommend to anyone looking for durable gloves that you like to be able to take off quick and easy (compared to some leather gloves that are tight and hard to take on and off quickly).

Work well in MN right around freezing +/- 15 degrees. I like the large cuffs so they are easy to slide on and off while working. Built tough with Carhartt's quality materials. I would buy again.

Best winter work gloves that I have ever owned. Keep my hands very warm in the brutal Minnesota winters where it goes into the negatives frequently. Being in the construction trade these are the best gloves I've had, and I've had probably 100's. I've owned a pair of these for 3 years now and just bought 2 more!

I brought a pair of these gloves for my brother in law for Christmas, he liked them so much I had to buy another pair for my husband!They are cushy and warm on the inside - and rugged tough on the outside. In upstate NY we need all things Carhartt!

I work in construction and use almost all carhartt apparel for work and casual. However, was pretty disappointed in how quickly these gloves started to unravel. After only 2 weeks the thumb stitching started to come undone, then shortly after the palms began to do the same. Would not purchase again for the same price....

I rarely post anything negative regarding a purchase. However I am less than satisfied with this transaction. Gloves are fine. No problem with them. I have reservations regarding the seller though. First, the package was late being delivered. Not a big deal though. I do feel their listing was questionable though. if you look at listing, it states for extra large size of glove "package of 2". Apparently that means one glove, plus one other glove, not 2 pair. The size large listing states "(one pair)". So the "pack of 2" isn't 2 pair, it's a glove, plus another glove. Odd. And seems deceitful. Just my 2 cents worth, buyer beware.

Fits well and is easy to wear. Good for positive temperatures (above 0 C), but maybe not that warm for below freezing temperatures.

Got these for my blue collar boyfriend for Christmas, who goes through work gloves like nobody else. He absolutely loves them and we will be getting another pair

It did not keep my hands warm. Too much money to keep my hands warm while working, way cheaper pairs were better even if they wear out faster.

Light weight comfortable and warm.Everything I was wanting. Unfortunately the winter hasn’t been extremely cold.But for a work glove their perfect.
