This was a huge item delivered by common carrier. Delivery driver was courteous and brought it into the garage. It went together with ease and with the help of another, it was carried and placed on the pad we built in the yard. It burned great and emitted just enough smoke and aroma from the wood to make watching a shear pleasure. Price was relative to the intended use.

We LOVE our new fireplace! Not going lie, it is a lot of parts! My husband spent a whole afternoon putting it together but very well worth it!!! It’s heavy so get help!

Puts off great heat! Would be 5 star, except chimney too short, so Smokey if windy, and main section is very heavy, had to call in a friend to lift in place, and inside panels warped after only a few fires. I hope it lasts and doesn’t rust out.

It's a nice addition to the deck

I extended my patio and when I added this fireplace and put the wood in it, it became a sheer show stopper, guest rave over the size and appearance of it. Love it, worth the. price!

We purchased this fireplace without sides. We purchased it about 10 years ago and we are still using it to this day. Many years ago it did not come with a base piece to place the fireplace on top of and the top part of the chimney screen burned out relatively quickly but we love this fireplace. Now there is one issue we had after about 3 yrs of use. The inside bricklooking panels deteriorated for whatever reason, burnt, wet , whatever it had to be taken out. When we took it out there was a layer of insulation behind it and we assumed it was to keep the outside from getting too hot. We removed the insulation and at the time we could not get a replacement insert for the panel so we put the insert back into the fireplace and added stainless steel sheets in front of the insert. It has worked great. Like I said we have a 10+ yr old fireplace that still works great but if you find after a few years that the panel inside starts to look unsafe or thin simply buy 3 sheets of stainless steel to put in front of the insert, and you should have no problem using it for many many years.
