Great kit! Casing bag broke open but still worked awesome.

Great product.
Just a little on the high end for price. Makes very wonderful flavored Polish Sausage. I made a batch and took it to work. Everyone loved it and thought the taste was excellent. I have read other review of this kit saying that it lacked in flavor. I read this before I bought it and made my own. I used pork butt. Ground, mixed with this seasoning, and stuffed myself. Smoked on my GMG DB grill. Perfect seasoning following the directions. Now I am in West Texas and used pork when beef is our main choice for real BBQ. And the people I gave samples to have done the BBQ circuit and also agreed this was a great tasting sausage. All I can say is weight everything and do everything based off of weight instead of measurements. I have been doing it for years and it does make a difference. I have tried a few other HMJ stuff and followed directions based on weight and they came out way to salty. Not this one. I am waiting for Cabela's to open here to buy some more as Gander Mountain doesn't carry this one and they are way over priced.

Do not buy this product
The fresh hog casings we rotten. Seams the vacuum package was not properly sealed. Salt was soaked it to box. When soaking they smelled like rotten fish/rotten meat. Smell filled the kitchen. I don't recommend buying this product. No refund or returns offered. Im very disappointed overall.

Please make sure not to send me another box with leaking casings
The sausage casing bag had a hole in it and leaked salt all over the inside of both boxes . and they also had the smell of the pig coming from the box
