Delicious!
I had never tried dashi shoyu before, but now I am hooked. When I make potstickers, gyoza, tsu mai, etc I sauce them with this dashi shoyu and my own homemade hot chili oil. It doesn't take much because this shoyu is loaded with flavor/umami. At first I was put off by the carton, but the dispensing nozzle has a small diameter so it is really easy to dispense exactly as much as you need. It now has a coveted place on the door of my fridge.
