The minute you open up the container you can smell the difference between regular spices and this stuff. Very strong smell goes great on almost anything very tasty.

I am a huge salt junkie, yes, I know how bad it is for me, but I'm addicted! My friend got me some of the Bragg's seasoning in the hope that I would use it as opposed to using so much salt. While I still use salt to cook (Kosher salt), or to brine chicken, I use Bragg's herbs and spices on EVERYTHING!!! I use it on chicken, salad, vegetables, etc. The flavor is fantastic, there is no salt/sodium and it adds just a little something to almost anything that you can think of. Since my friend bought me my initial bottle, I have bought numerous bottles for myself and for my daughters and their families, and for my sons and their families, my mom, my sister, and several friends. I usually keep at least two bottles on hand, it's just that good!!!

I use in many dishes. I like to keep on hand always and use frequently.
