AWR2 2-in-1 Reverse Osmosis Pre-Filter Housing and RO Membrane Canister Wrench

This thing is a life-saver. Well, not a literal life-saver, but it definitely saves me from having to go to the store to buy bottled water all the time. If you're looking at this product, you're probably like me who bought the kit, somehow lost the wrench, tried to twist the canisters open by hand and who most definitely did not injure their wrist doing so but decided to give up anyway. That said...keep it safe. My wife almost threw it away(actually she did, I had to dig it back out) because it looks like an extra large version of those disposable handles you get on oil bottles. It's a good thing I stopped my procrastinating in time or we would have been without clean drinking water for quite a while because shipping does take more than the normal 2 days. Overall, this product may not be the prettiest thing in your kitchen, but it gets the job done.

No issues with using this tool. I'm happy with its price point and utility.

We couldn't find the housing wrench that came with the RO filtration system so we had to purchase a new one. Great quality and works as expected. iSpring is a great company with amazing customer service.

Ordered the AWRR Wench with the FS-75 filter pak. Delivery was quick but there was a problem with the wrench. I called iSpring customer service and was put in contact with Nick the cs rep. Nick was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He quickly understood my problem and resolved it. He shipped out a replacement wrench and I should be installing the filters in a couple of days. It was a pleasuue doing business. It should always be this easy.

Bought in 2021 and intend to change water filter. Procrastinated until the end of 2022. It was broken on the first try. I would not recommend this product, or any water filter wrenches made out of plastic. Now buying one made out of the metal. The metal one is three times as expensive as this one. I guess that I got what I paid for.

I lost my wrench several months back, and when it was time to replace my R/O filters I was freaking out, since this is literally the only way to loosen them. I tried a large pipe wrench also and just succeeded in marring my canisters where the filters fit in. Finally I broke down and purchased this replacement. It's most necessary. The quality is strong plastic and has a long enough handle that you can really get some good torque.
