Sorry I’m not sure I understand the question & how u r using the word energy in reference to the vinyle.

Q: Will this stick to foam board and work well without using heat?

I am not too sure about foam board. I put mine on wood and had no problems at all and did not use heat.

Q: How much will wrap a hole car (05 wrx)

I bought 50ft and had about 15ft left over. Although i did the bumpers each in 2 pieces and above the window in 2 pieces. I also have a lot of experience with wrap and didn't have to do anything twice on my 2002 wrx

Q: How much would i need to wrap wrx

Measure from bumber to bumper +10% then multiply x3 ( left center right at 56" wide )
