The shade size will be decided by mount type, if you choose inside mount, plz remeasure the inside opening size between column to column, if you choose outside mount, the shade size can be made as information you provided,that is 89.75w*52h.

Looking to install in my garage and block enough sunlight to be able to use a projector during daytime, will all of these work?

What do you recommend if there is a gap between two roller shades to avoid the mosquitos?

For the Exterior Roller Shades,the fabric width is about 2.3inch less because the mounting hardware takes about 2.3inch space.So if you install the two shades side by side,there will have a gaps between the two shades.
