It's difficult to leave a review on seeds
It's difficult to leave a review on seeds as you have to wait till next year to see any results. But they came quickly and we're a fair price.

Sorry to admit that none of these came up. Very disappointing. Bought 2 packets. Maybe it was me. Don't think so as I've had a successful allotment for nine years.

Seed packet
Decent quantity for the price...looks to be good seed Should give the harvest year...this seed does not store well, should also advise to.plant with some grass on which it can feed. Needs to vernalise over winter which is mentioned. Dies not mention suitable or unsuitable soil types. Be aware it will also parasitucally feed on some other plants not just grass. Its a self seedingbannual, and unpredictable it can be invasive one year and almost die out the next year. The name gives the clue..when you hear the rattle its time to mow the meadow before the grass flops over..typically late August. I await the result in Spring

Did not take. Might be specific to our garden. Maybe the birds ate the seeds. Disappointing results, not a single specimen.
