Cool product!
Bought this and it helped a lot in straightening my hair. Easy to use and the highest heat temperature is perfect. It takes shorter time to complete the task. Based on previous reviews, it came with a 2-pin plug. I guess the manufacturer heard or saw the reviews and changed it. Mine came with a 3-pin plug already. I’m not really sure about the negative ion thing, but I don’t feel my hair dry after using this. My hair comes out soft, not shiny, but definitely manageable. I’m confident in recommending this product.

Good product
Great product! Very fairly priced. I’m able to straighten the hair and to make curls. Highly recommend. However the plug is weird, so better to have your own extension

I have had it for 2 months now. I like it, it Does the job. Down side is the max temperature is 450 so if u have stubborn hair I don’t think you’ll like it.

It's great, but has a weird plug 🔌
I'm pretty satisfied with the product, the packaging was great, and it works perfectly too. The product itself were quite strong and has upto 350+ degree. The plug were a little strange and I have never seen it before. The plug type it this 🔌it has 2 metal end where it connects to socket, but one of metal is bigger than the other for some reason, they do give you one extra wall plugger, but it does not fit, you can make it fix by cutting a littile bit. Except from this weird idea, everything is great 👍

Not working after just a handful of uses
I bought these straighteners as a back up pair to my Cloud 9s, and only use them occasionally. I bought in September 2021 and have used a handful of times only. I turned them on last weekend, after months of not using, and they won't stay on! After switching on they almost immediately (seconds) turn off again, and there's nothing to stop it. Waste of money.
