womens Heavyweight Synthetic-wool Blend Boot Sock

The description on Amazon says the socks are 66% acrylic 21% merino wool, 12% nylon 1% spandex but the label on the socks I received do not have wool listed on the label and they listed Nylon twice? They are pretty thick but not warm. Pretty sure they are knock off. Might want to buy directly from the carhartt website or one of their preferred retailers listed on their website. I know there are a lot of knock offs on Amazon but I didn’t think carhartt was a big name so I wasn’t expecting the socks to be knock offs

I’m a person who consistently runs cold. Nothing could help my feet from feeling cold. I’ve tried a few different brands of socks that people swore kept their feet warm but they did nothing for me. These are the best socks I’ve found to keep my feet warm. I don’t find I get sweaty in them unlike other socks (minor sweat - but very minimal compared to others), the bulk is not bad (a little bulky but not as bad as others I’ve tried) and so far in outside weather they’ve done a good job. So far I’ve only tested them out in 30-40 degree weather and they’ve kept me warm, where other competitors couldn’t even do that for me. I expect them to keep me warm in colder weather too but not sure yet how they’ll hold up in single digit weather yet. A must buy for the person who can’t seem to find a sock that will keep them warm

Having it drop below 0° in Chicago sucks lol but I'm hoping these socks do the job! So far they're keeping my feet warmI wear a woman's 6.5-7 depending on the shoe, and these fit perfect.

They are soft(not super soft) and I love the color. They do stretch out a bit but they don't fall down. I live in North Dakota and tried to find some warm socks and these say they have wool but I gues I didn't pay much attention to the "all-season" part because I need a full on extreme winter wool sock. These do not keep my feet warm in my mud boots or even just wearing them around the house. I had to go inside the other day and warm up my toes on the heater because I wa a afraid I'd get frostbite. It will be getting to around -30 to -50 this winter here in North Dakota and these socks just won't work for me. But they would work for weather that stays at or above 30°. Don't buy these if you live in Nodak.

These are pretty warm socks, and I think they’ll last awhile. One thing I don’t like about this brand is they feel a little rough or stiff on my feet. I wear an 8 to 8.5 shoe yet the sock does seem to have air pockets or times when the fabric may not be touching my feet snuggly, whether it be the heel, arch, or toes.I knocked a star off for this as well as the fact that I bought thick camping socks at Walmart for slightly cheaper and they’re actually quite a bit warmer and fit more comfortably.

Carhartt Women's Extremes Cold Weather Boot Sock feels very thick. I'm giving it to a relative for Christmas so I don't know how it wears. I read reviews and someone said it pills on the bottom; another said it doesn't stay up well; someone else said they stretch out. I bought Medium and Large and are giving both to relative and let her decide what she thinks. She selected this for her wish list and she lives way up north where it gets very cold. Hopefully she will be pleased with one or both. I imagine a person's leg size makes a difference as to how well they stay up!

My wife loves these socks! We've lived in cold climates with heavy snows for years and these are her go to boot socks. She wears them with riding boots and also with galoshes/rain boots (Hunter boots, specifically), which effectively makes these rain boots her winter boots. In fact she says she prefers these Carhartt socks to the special "liners" Hunter sells for is rain boots to make them "winter boots". They are very thick and hold up well in the wash.

I wear a size 6 1/2 - 7 1/2 shoe, depending on the design/make, and so when I saw that these socks came in a smaller size, I decided to give them a try. I tend to have cold feet on a regular basis, and wanted something that would still fit my smaller feet without the heel riding up like most socks do--these are perfect in that regard. They keep my feet consistently warm, and are great to wear with my boots and regular shoes. They also seem to launder well, without any noticeable pilling that I have seen. (I liked them enough to purchase another two pairs.) The only criticisms I have (and the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5) are that the heel sometimes shifts down onto the bottom of my foot when I'm just walking around in the socks alone, and the band that sits at the mid-calf area does not stay, so I often have to pull the socks up.

Je m'attendais à plus de la laine mérinos....pas meilleur que n'importe lequel des autres bas sur le marcher.Ca ne vaux pas la peine de payer ce prix. Mes pieds sont humides et froid. Vraiment pas un bon achat.

Great product. Keeps my feet really warm when out in the snow even when not wearing boots. My feet used to freeze and ache due to the cold because I wasn't aware of wool socks, i used to wear cotton. Such an enemy, cotton, during the winter.

Le tricot se relâche ce qui fait que les bas tombent et les pieds transpirent avec ces bas-là! C'est un mélange de matériel qui contient trop peu de laine Merino... je n'aime pas et j'en ai acheté 4 paires! Je suis très déçue!:(

Pour le prix ce produit est correct, mais n'a pas la qualité de la laine mérino, chaud et confortable pour 15$. Par contre au premier lavage ils sont devenus avec des boules de son prpre tissu partout, ils ont maintenant l'apparence de vieux bas achetés à rabais.
