I don’t know if my colon was clean or the tablets just didn’t work for me.. I keep on getting cramps but don’t poop as I expected everything is normal.

My stomach kept hurting the whole time - and not in a good way. I did have to go more times than I usually would, but had not as much and did not result in any weight loss .Wasn't expecting a 10 kg reduction, but never felt like it helped my digestion system or make me feel lighter or healthier.

Before I start, I want to say I drink a ton of water so I’m not dehydrated at all. So, when you first take these, youll have an amazing poop. Maybe 2 or 3 healthy normal poops… but then they’ll start to get looser on the second or third day, but it’s still coming out. On days 4 I stopped pooping altogether and got waves of stomach cramps. No nausea, just kinda bad stomach pain. I had to take other forms to be able to go to the bathroom and even after I did, I still was getting the stomach cramps. I’m stopping them today cuz I’m getting no help to poop- only cramps.Long story short- I would recommend these for like a one time use here and there… If you’re constipated and need help, take two of them and you’ll be able to go, but I wouldn’t take any more until the next time you need help. I can’t imagine taking these for 7 days let alone 14. It stops working after day 2.

Well, I have to say this absolutely works. It is gentle enough on the stomach, but effective enough to do the job. What’s nice is that it does not take long to recognize the pattern of when it will affect you!

Just had my first child and I spent two months hanging around the house and eating alot and gained exactly 20 pounds. It's the least active I've been in my 33 year life and decided to give this a try. I'm in no way shape or form an overweight person FYI. This is my first time doing a cleansing of any kind.
