All of the chocolates were melted, few pieces were even missing.

I didn't want the product anymore so I returned it. I'm glad I did because it was completely melted. The inside of the box was completely messy with chocolate smeared all over it - the chocolates had leaked out of their packages. Not befitting a box of expensive chocolates that you could potentially give as gifts.
