Good question. I use it in addition to. My hair has been colored for 25 years so it's not in great condition. Any extra love I can give it I do. This works as a detangler too because my conditioner doesn't do well in that department.

I have very fine hair that gets dry very easily! After I tried this I LOVE IT!!! It makes my hair shiney, soft and beautiful. It has also helped my hair grow alot. So to answer your question yes! This stuff is amazing and will definately help with dry hair!

Yes, most of my costumer have thick hair, I use it to them

I would say a couple of sprays like 3-4 good sprays. And massage into your whole entire scalp
