Ipad its self is perfect no issues, it did however come with a cheap charging cord and power brick. the power brick over heats and stops charging the IPad after 1-2 mins. tried different power bricks and chargers to verify. But other then that no complaints

Hello folks! Bought this for my 13 year old for Christmas as she really wants a tablet that responds to pressure sensitivity (Utilizing the Apple Pencil). I can confirm that that works well and the tablet is light and has excellent reactivity. I purchased this refurbished and have learned in the past that I need to open and charge something (regardless of being refurbished or new) and download the game or app they will be using the most (In this case Procreate) before giving it to anyone to avoid Christmas morning disappointment! So, I opened it and plugged it in with the power connector that came with it. It seemed to be charging but a couple minutes later I looked over and it no longer was. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and the same thing happened, it charged 2% and then stopped (up to 72% fully charged). That time, when I went to plug it in again it would not charge at all. Put it away till the next day. Pulled it out, at 52%. Plugged it in, went back an hour later and was at 54% saying it was no longer charging. That was it for me! Too much money for something that doesn’t properly work out of the box and I’m not setting my daughter up for disappointment. Spent the extra money to get a brand new one ($50 more for a fifth generation but without cellular) from Best Buy. Spent an extra hundred on a 2 year warranty in case this is an apple thing as opposed to an improperly refurbished thing. Amazon does great with returns, UPS picked it up the next day and my confidence is high that my money will be refunded with no problem. Glad I didn’t wait until the last moment before Christmas, and folks always check your devices before giving them to your children!

Bought for a work tablet. Minus some cosmetic damage, it works perfectly. Even had low cycles on the battery

Parece nueva sin rasguños, no me gustó que la pantalla tiene algo pegajoso que aunque la limpio con poquito uso se nota mucho. Hasta ahora funciona bien, me llegó con cargador genérico.

El Ipad venia en empaque generico sin cargador en muy buenas condiciones sin rayas ni nada y funcionaba excelenete pero el 30 de noviembre dejo de funcionar ya que es (REACONDCIONADO) en fin les recomiendo no adquiri esos productos acabo de perder $6,000 4 meses

Al tratar de configurar se reinicia y empieza el procedimiento, después indica que tiene 50% de batería y en segundos indica sin batería, se vuelve a reiniciar.
