Fixwal Pack of 4 18x18 Outdoor Waterproof Pillows Inserts, Square Stuffer Pillow Form for Patio, White

I was skeptical about the description stating to buy a 20” insert for an 18” cover but I shouldn’t have been! DO follow those guidelines as I technically ordered the wrong size, BUT I opted to just keep them because I actually only needed two so I use two inserts in each pillow cover. This creates a very slightly overstuffed pillow appearance (which I like, as it presents a nice fullness I otherwise wouldn’t get with just one of these). They come vacuum packed so they arrive VERY flat but fluff up decently with a cycle in the dryer (not super full, but okay for decorative purposes). If I’d ordered the proper size I probably wouldn’t be as pleased with just one insert in each cover. I like a really full pillow, though, so that’s personal preference. They seem to be good quality with identical measurements for all four, the seams appear well sewn, they perform their purpose well, and I’m guessing the water resistance is good because none of them have shown any sign of mold or mildew even after getting snowed on and later blowing off my porch in a thunderstorm & getting wet several times. I didn’t think to remove them from the cover to dry out because my covers are supposedly water resistant plus I sprayed an extra layer of water resistant coating on each cover. If I ever need to buy them again, I might spray these as well just to double-protect against mold/mildew just in case. At this price point, though, these seem to be a great value for the money so I’d be okay with replacing them every few years if needed. (In that sense, it’s like replacing a bed pillow which is a normal necessity but bed pillows cost more.) I use these on my front porch year-round, change covers frequently for holidays & seasons, and I am very pleased with them after maybe 6 months of use.

These are literally the BEST throw pillows I've ever had in my life. Fluffy, comfortable, and they retain their shape. I've had these 2 years now and I am still so happy with them! I used them without a cover because they were a simple white and looked great!

I've seen a LOT of reviews out here that are less than stellar for these. The only thing I can figure is you're not following directions. One of the options for fluffing these inserts (because they do come flat in a package with the air sucked out of them) is to fluff them in the dryer. I used this option. BUT... 1-Fluff them by hand first 2-Put them in the dryer ON HEAT for a FULL dryer cycle. Mine was 1 hour. Trust me, I know you will want to put them together quickly when you get them, but this step is imperative to get the desired result. As you can see from my photos, the inserts are very fluffy and thick. If you don't follow these directions completely, you won't like these inserts!!!

I purchased this item 3 years ago and it worked perfectly for what we needed. Now, 3 years later it was time to replace them. I found my old order and simply selected ‘reorder’ as I knew it would work. But it did not. The product is very different. The material is different. The size is smaller and much flatter and will not work for our needs which is baffling since I reordered the EXACT same thing. I cannot use it and am very disappointed.

Seem a bit flat but ok

After 2 years of ownership in moist Alabama conditions, with waterproof pillow cases they have started to mildew. They are still fluffy and used daily as the back cushion on our outdoor chairs. They have held up very well but I’m very disappointed by the mildew. It seeped through the protective cover that came with these pillows onto the cases themselves and they are not washable. “Spot cleaning” my 26x26” cushions is going to take me forever and then I wonder how long until it happens again? I’m very disappointed by this. Other than the mildew, for the past two years they have held their fluffy shape well and fit great. I really liked these pillows. They were exactly what I was looking for. That makes it more disappointing. Keep in mind these pillows are on a table set that’s in the shade under cover so as not to be directly hit during storms.

Just so you know - it doesn’t tell you anywhere on here (unless I missed it) but when you receive the pillows there is a small insert that shows matching sizes. If you have 18x18 pillow covers, then you are supposed to order 20x20 inserts, and so forth. I will have to exchange these for 20x20 now b/c my covers are 18x18 and the pillows don’t quite fill them out

I bought these during Black Friday for a good deal to replace old pillow inserts that were falling apart. They arrived shrink wrapped with various methods/instructions on how to "fluff" them into shape. I put them in the dryer for 20 minutes and although they expanded, I was suprised how flat they still were. I inserted them into my throw pillow cases, and the pillows looked saggy with so much loose fabric around the edges. Our previous inserts were fluffy, firm and gave the throw pillows a great shape. It felt like more of a hassle to return them so I added poly-fil to give the pillows a nice shape again. It was all more trouble than it was worth but the poly-fil saved the day.
