Highly recommend this probiotic. May cost more than other probiotics but it is worth every penny!

I have been taking these Garden of life Probiotics for many years. I was only taking one day and am now up to two a day. I do think it takes the tummy a while to get use to them, but they provide so many good benefits.

Not in a cold pack.
Update: I emailed the manufacturer with ny concerns about not being delivered in a cold pack. This is the response: We do understand your concerns. However, please be assured that if our Cooler Probiotics are shipped without cold package or if they arrive warm, the products are still viable. After much research and testing of the viability of the probiotics in transit, Garden of Life is no longer shipping our probiotics refrigerated. We can now guarantee, even during the hot summer months, our cooler probiotics will continue to deliver the full label claim of the promised CFU count at the time of expiration. This brief warming period does not degrade the efficacy of the probiotics and our Arrive Aliveā¢ potency promise is still kept. We still maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels throughout all stages of production of the probiotics. Additionally, we have over formulated the probiotics with more than the guaranteed CFU. Upon receipt, please continue to store the probiotics in the refrigerator. I normally really like this product but I'm disappointed that it didn't come in a cold pack. They arrived in my mailbox on a 90 plus degree day. They were hot. The manufacturer recommends they be kept at or below 71 degrees. Wondering if they are even any good.

This really works for regularity and reassurance
After my urologist recommended this product, starting in 2022, I have had significantly less pain and urgency. I take a daily antibiotic and this product has been a reassurance for me. I have regularity and fewer bowel prob lems in genral.
