I have arthritis of both knees and use it. It does help the soreness and makes it easer to move around. The Arnica is so important for the muscle soreness. I am a retired nurse practitioner and have had ER Docs say they wish they had it to prescribe for people who come in with minor injuries. It reduces swelling and the bruising. HONEST.
