Count me among the numerous customers who were disappointed with their recent order. What used to be a great tasting product with a mild coconut flavor, slightly sweet, and a granular texture that dissolved nicely in water is no more. Their updated creation is an awful, clumpy powder that does not even taste like coconut or dissolve easily in water. Sadly, the seller has chosen not to address the numerous complaints about what changed and why. From their product page, their guarantee is pretty clear... "GET YOUR COCONUT WATER POWDER 100% RISK-FREE: Buy with confidence. If, for whatever reason, you're not 100% satisfied with your delicious cocunut electrolyte powder, we promise to offer you a full refund on-the-spot! No questions asked! That's our guarantee to you.". I contacted the seller via vendor feedback and requested a refund, only to told that I would have to make that request from the shipper, and not Earth Circle Organics. Guest what, Amazon does not accept returns on this item, and the vendor should know that. So I emailed Earth Circle Organics directly and they did not even bother to respond to my request for help. Sadly. their guarantee has proven to be worthless, and I have little patience for poor customer service. I would encourage anyone considering this product to look elsewhere. I found (3) other suitable sugar free coconut water powder replacements that I will be trying.

It tastes good with no other ingredients but just too expensive in unit price comparing to other brands.

In all honesty this is the first powdered Coconut Water mix I've ever tried, so I can't compare it to other brands. I like coconut water, but it's often over-priced and I wanted to try a mix that allows convenience of being portable, not requiring refrigeration, and ability to make only a single portion at a time. It's also great for mixing into other drinks to add flavor and health benefits. I only gave this 3 stars because I found this to be very salty, almost to the point of it overpowering the normally sweet taste I'm used to in non-powdered CW. I'm having to dilute it to the point of it then tasting watery.

Perfect hydration for traveling without liquids, just add some to your water and reclose using the bag's ziploc close. Add your essential electrolytes with no need to stop at a store to find coconut water while traveling. Avoid the exhaustion from dehydration if you don't have essential electrolytes in this natural product. I keep a spoon or scoop in the bag to avoid the sticky mess of pouring from the bag or gumming up the ziploc. Mixes easily. Perhaps keep some magnesium on hand to balance the high potassium naturally in coconut water, which can cause some stiffness or muscle cramping.

So far, I’m happy with this purchase, Drs. advised to drink coconut water, but the sodium taste is too strong. But with this powder, I can spread it out over multiple glasses of water. Not as bad. So, for me it’s a better option. Price is great!

Pretty much as promoted - natural, unsweetened coconut water powder. Like to use because lightweight & easy to carry to work.

So much easier to handle than trying to find good quality coconut water while travelling.
