Great quality, easy to install
Installed easily on my F-250 tailgate. As a 65 year old with severe neuropathy in both hands I was a bit skeptical after reading a couple of the reviews which told of problems installing but I ordered anyway and I couldnât be happier. I installed it alone in less than 10 minutes. Iâve used it several times with my fat tire e-bike and a second fat tire bike and it works flawlessly. Protects tailgate and bikes.Padding is well distributed and quality is excellent!! Itâs a great buy đ

Save your truck and bike
This bike pad fits perfectly across my full size Chevy tailgate. It's easy to install after a few times through the motion. The padding is thick and the tailgate flap seems large enough to accommodate most trucks. The only thing that needed improvement/altering on my part, was the straps (that secure the bike to the pad) on top of the pad are not long enough to go all the way around my newest bike (2022 Santa Cruz Bronson). The frame is really fat and I see a lot of bikes starting to go that way, so just keep this in mind. I think this will be an easy fix by replacing the straps with longer ones, if you have a bike with a thick frame or an e-bike. The straps are not sewn in and you can remove them by sliding them out of the slot they feed through. I'll update once I find a strap that works. The stock straps are 12" x 1", I'm going to order these:https://www.amazon.com/VELCRO-Brand-Adjustable-Organizing-VEL-30094-USA/dp/B08NX686B8/ref=sr_1_3?crid=YIFLSHOU7NKU&dchild=1&keywords=15%2Bvelcro%2Bstraps&qid=1635347263&qsid=133-5680142-3307204&sprefix=15%22%2Bvelcro%2Caps%2C232&sr=8-3&sres=B08NX686B8%2CB078HH5H3N%2CB011WGG52C%2CB003WB6MYM%2CB00006RSP1%2CB07MWFRWKZ%2CB00D31LO1M%2CB00M8H2IQ2%2CB00JJPPNHM%2CB00M8H2VGO%2CB00M8H5YT0%2CB07DBBPNSF%2CB071DGMNMX%2CB07SMD8QVH%2CB08MZYWQ3L%2CB07CZGQNY3&th=1I'll update once installed. This pad still gets a 5 star rating over the cheaper tailgate pads, it costs more for a reason!11/14/21 update. I purchased the straps I listed above and they fit my bike frame just right. Easy fix if you have a fatter frame.

Looks sexy and performs like a champ
Installed on my 2006 Titan and the fit is perfect. The width and height is correct; even the flap for the tailgate handle lines up correctly. The bike straps hold down the bikes super solid even over the gnarly roads we have here in Montana. You may consider putting some bike tape where the straps contact the underside of the tailgate; I haven't seen any wear on my truck, but I imagine it would be a contact point that could wear the paint. Also, be cautious when you throw the bikes in, as the front chainring can very easily puncture the material on the cover - learn from my mistake. In all, it looks awesome and performs equally as awesome.

Gets the job done
Does exactly what it is suppose to do. For the price point, I won't complain much. Works just fine on my 2015 Silverado. No need to spend a few hundred dollars on these unless you plan on using it daily. Yes, it does work with my BakFlip too. Definitely not the easiest thing to put on by yourself.

Solid for cover
Solid in aspects of protection and looks. I have dents on my tailgate. Easily blocks those and covers most of it on a dodge ram 2500 (03). Still easy to open it and close. A large size fits perfect. If it had the option to unlatch the straps at the ends where it's sewed on that'll be awesome. After 2 years they broke because of taking it thru the car wash while on. I don't use it for the bike feature but it works like a charm to look different and cover any painful eye sores on tailgate. Also holds up well when throwing on tools on bed. Just wish it had an option to unhook the strap entirely other than just one side. But for regular bike moving it should work effortlessly and solid. Getting another one soon for sure.

All good, minus a very small detail ...that may not affect you
Hi there Folks. I installed this tailgate cover on my '07 Toyota Tundra. An old car for sure, with a beat up tailgate that's beyond protecting. My bike on the other hand is brand spanking new, and this tailgate cover lets me transport it safety and with ease. Installation: My son helped me here. Not that I couldn't have done it, but its nicer and faster with two, specially with my kiddo. Did so at dusk and still had no problem threading the ties that hold the thing in place. The tailcover is stout and has plenty of cushioning material to protect the bike. My single complaint is that the velcro belts used to secure the bike in place are too short for my (hefty) Cannondale Topstone Neo. So I Velcro-ed two belts together thus making a one much longer one, and that worked perfectly. But 2-3 inches extra material would have solved this. SO I'm happy with my purchase (bought it at a good price too!) and hope to use it often. Hope this helps you make an informed decision...

Works great and looks awesome!
We use this for our bikes and for our paddles boards! Easy to put on and take off, cleans up well and so far has faded in the sun like one i had from a different company! Great deal!

Fast and Easy
If you have a open truck bed this is a great way to haul around bikes. Easily installed or removed with nylon straps and bikes fit snug wedged onto the tailgate, and as long as your truck is upright so are the bikes. Extra velcro straps wrap around the frame to keep bike from moving side-to-side if you are on rough or 4x4 roads. Recommend having a helper lift the tailgate into place once the bike is in the bed, especially with e-bikes. With the tailgate up it which would be a feat of strength to lift a heavy bike into a truck over a closed tailgate. Could be stolen by cutting the nylon straps but that is a risk outweighed by the convenience of this product.
