Works quite well, especially for neck. Can be used for back also.

A very good product most useful
Nothing to dislike, it does the job very well. Helps me relax when i have the post workout soreness or even when I get tension headaches due to neck straining because of long office hours. I was even able to massage rhomboid muscle which generally gets sore. Amazing product

Got the product. Loving it so far, only concern it it barely heats up. It lights to show red but i don't know if there is even heat

Very Heavy and awkward
This product is heavy and bulky.. There are more compact ones online. Also not chargeable, has to be plugged in to operate.
