I have never received so many compliments on any other bag I've ever owned. It's just the right size - reflecting the current trend of somewhat smaller bags. It's amazing how I've adapted. When it comes right down to it, do you even need more than a phone, keys, and sunglasses anymore? Well, yes. I still carry a wallet, and have a small mesh pouch for lipstick and tissue, and another for my air pods and charger, but that's it. I love that it sits upright when you set it down, and really appreciate the versatility of the shoulder and cross-body strap in one design. It's like getting two bags in one. No regrets here. Go for it, Girl!

This is the most cumbersome bag I have ever owned. Difficult to close with three separate compartments that must be closed together. If the bag is not on a perfectly level surface, it dumps over and since there were three separate compartments to close, they are rarely closed. That means most or all of the contents are scattered. What appears to be a rather chic bag never looks good unless you close all three compartments two of which are very difficult to properly align. I waited too long to complain but that is not an indication of how disappointed I am

This bag is great quality as you would expect from a Coach bag. It is comfortable, luxury, and fits the essentials. It is NOT big... Don't expect to fit a laptop or a lot of things in here. But you will be able to fit all your necessities. Charger, wallet, lipstick, cell phone, perfume, make up, etc

Took away one star as the actual size appeared smaller than expected. Meanwhile, it’s great quality, versatility and a very stylish
