A bit too salty otherwise a quality choice.

I always judge sticks against Slim Jims, which I consider buffalo snot. These are somewhat dry but I prefer that to the squish of grease when I bite down. The jalapeño flavor is there, just not overwhelming, and the calorie count is reasonable, which make these good snack fillers. If you want hot, try Mahogany Meats habanero beef brisket jerky. I ended up with burned lips from eating it and I believe I could see my esophagus glow in the dark! I met my match there.

These are one of the most delicious beef jerky that I've had. I love the little kick it has. Very satisfying!

Tasty protein snack when I am hungry and in a hurry, and it's "Bobby Approved"! I am enjoying it; tasty - not for those who don't like spicy food; it has a bit of a bite! Yummy!

Buyers beware! Be VERY cautious when ordering this product. Order was delivered in early April, but still had about 1/2 the supply left in cool, dark storage (not in a hot car or anything crazy). The expiration date isn't until February 2026. Moldy and discolored --- clearly not edible.
