Good space-saving solution
I like this compact show rack that fits into tight spaces by your front door! Seems sturdy, and it looks clean and modern.

Perfect for small entryways
This is perfect for small entryways to get shoes off the floor. It picks up easily to clean underneath. I came back for a second one for my workout shoes. As others say, it's narrow, but to make a pair of shoes fit, just turn one shoe around. I love the sleek look, plus it's easy and intuitive to assemble (4 teeny screws). The price is justified by the consistent, sturdy, warp-free construction.

Space saving!
This shoe rack is a wonderful space saver! Perfect for small spaces. Nice, simple and modern design. I have ordered this twice because we love it so much. We are using it for women’s size 8.5, and men’s 10.5, and it’s been perfect. Larger men’s footwear like hiking boots will need a shelf per shoe though. I could not find anything else that would work for such tiny areas, so I’m fine with that. We are even using one in a stairwell entryway, and it fits on the stairs!

Great shoe rack, but not for a pair of shoes if you have average sized feet (for women).
Very good shoe rack that lacks 1 important detail (and thus 1 less star) - most adult shoes won't fit on each rack side-by-side. The rack width isn't wide enough for a pair of women's size 7.5 shoes to fit side by side with ease.

Worth every penny
I was hesitant about the price, but this is worth every penny. I have yet to find an efficient way to store shoes in a small apartment. This thing genuinely blew me away. It is so slim and compact and stores shoes in an appealing way. I may just have to purchase 3 more.

No More Shoes Scattered Everywhere.
Its minimalist design is partly why I like it. Anything larger would overwhelm the space. The other reason I like it--it holds all 5 pairs of my most often worn, everyday shoes!! Formerly, I found myself feeling annoyed several times a day for stumbling over shoes at my tiny apartment's entrance (which also happens to be my kitchen). Now the floor is clear AND clean. Assembly? What assembly? I simply took out my screw driver and installed 4 little screws, connecting the bottom of the rack to its top. Voila! And, as far as I can see, durability shouldn't be an issue for years to come (barring a loose screw, it comes with one spare). The matte black finish is nice too & matches the coat tree it stands beside. I only wish I'd found it months ago. I'm very happy with my purchase. 3 Year Update: My little shoe tower has held up very well and shows no signs of wear. (Of course i live alone and have no children or pets fiddling with things.) As for those who are forcing it to do double and triple duty, be fair. As the pictures illustrate, each tier is made to hold a single pair of shoes. Of course, sandals and other smallish shoes may allow room for more. However, it is best used as intended and unfair, therefore, to take off points because it doesn't hold more than you'd like. I'm a size 11 and have found that each tier allows me to easily slide in a pair of slippers or sandals on top of my tennis shoes and loafers.

A bit narrow.
Looks Nice. Super easy to put together. Thoughtful amount of spare parts. About an inch too narrow for a pair of an average man's size 10.5 shoes. Meant for smaller Asian sized footwear? Maybe Dumb-old Chump was the model used for sizing, I hear he has small appendages.

Deceptively simple, very effective
I needed a shoe rack for a small space. I didn't want it to take up a lot of space or look cheap. You will not find anything lighter or more compact that looks better and I have looked at a LOT of vertical shoe racks. I came across this one early on, but I kept looking because of the price. Surely, I could find something more affordable. It's just a piece of metal. I bet there are other brands and versions of this style. The answer is no, there is not. Like other reviews mention, this may not be the best option if you have large shoes. I wear a women's size 6.5 so that wasn't an issue for me personally. I finally caved and I have no regrets. If you care about design and aesthetics, save yourself time and just add to cart. ;)
