The green chiles produced in Southern New Mexico are a treasure, and through our sales and marketing efforts, Hatch has worked hard to share this New Mexico treasure with consumers across the country. Our company was founded in Albuquerque in 1987, and with the support of the Hatch Chile (Growers) Association, Hatch, NM, we obtained federal trademark registrations for our green chile products. We are proud of our native roots, and we value our ties to New Mexico.

hatch whole green chilis
I ordered these because I love this brand and Hatch chilis. A little bit of heat, but tolerable - just really tasty. These have about a 1 year on the expiration, which is great for me - they won't last that long. Not available locally. Arrived in great shape with other stuff I ordered. Will definitely order again!

Furious that they...
Furious that there are half the amount of peppers in these cans than usual. There are normally 3 large or 4 small chilies in each can. I bought a case to make 3 batches of chili rellanos, which is always enough. I was able to make exactly 2 batches because there were only 1.5-2 in each can. 1.5!? I understand a lot of companies are scrimping by shrinking amounts in packages but cutting by 50% or more is ridiculous! đ I won't be buying from them anymore.

Love these Chiles!
I shopped every grocery store in my area and couldn't find this kind of chiles. The only chiles available are the 'chopped' or 'diced', which are pretty much like a relish, and sometimes a tad bit slimy. Then I thought of checking Amazon These 'whole' chiles have a lovely crunch to them and are great on a burger. Now I have a dozen cans and I know where to order more when these are gone. Good ol' Amazon. They really do have everything!

Half were bad
I had to throw away 6 cans because they were swollen and spurted when I tried to open the cans. I wonât buy this brand again.

Chili today, Hot Tamale
Hatch brand has been a favorite of mine since the mid 1960âs! Size and weight better than any canned brand on the market! đđ
