Exactly what you didn't know you needed.
Nice tool. Decent selection of mini bits included. Not going to get out of jail with this, but it is ideal for modeling, watch repair, fishing lures and jigs, or computor/ electronics. Very nice addition to that draw in your tool box with the security bits, mini screwdrivers, micro razor knife kit, and magnified glasses.

Surprisingly Effective
I'm able to make keychains now with no problem. So far I have used it to make one keychain and tested it on strong plastics like bottle caps and spray can caps to get an idea of its strength. Very simple little device that works great

Perfect for the Hobbyist
This pin vise is the perfect tool to hold and drill tiny holes in my Large Scale Model trains. I have so far used it on plastic and pine wood and I am surprised how quickly and easily it makes a hole. The device comes in a little box which is perfect for storage.

The drill bits are too weak, break way to easily.
I had earlier purchased a version of this manual drill, which I loved, but needed more drill bits. The price was good for this product, which then also gave me another drill. However, upon drilling my 2nd hole with this new tool, the drill bit snapped off AND GOT STUCK IN THE MODEL I WAS DRILLING OUT! I tried using it again and broke another bit, which also got stuck. My other tool has broken a single bit once and has never gotten stuck.

Great tool. Good quality and easy to use. Barrel spins on base for fingertip control while drilling precise holes. Excellent quality bits, plenty of size options. Permanent case included is a nice touch. Recommended.

Great to use as a fly tying bodkin. Get some cheap sewing pins and you have a reusable bodkin. The drill bits this comes with also works good for putting holes in popper heads
