Purchased two of these phones and received them both packaged well. They both have been set up and we have been using them but they have issues. They both tend to run hot mainly when using the camera even for just a little while. Sometimes the camera will fail and kick me out of it and I have to keep retrying until it works. On one of them the screen is extremely sensitive, more than the other, and stutters a lot and will type and touch things on it's own that I didn't even touch anywhere near. The biggest issue is with the phone's charging capability. I have tried the charger that I received with the phone as well as many other chargers and different outlets but the problem is with the phone itself, something is damaged and I received it that way. It has an on-off charge (like it thinks the charging cable is being repetitively disconnected and reconnected) when it is plugged in and always charges slow. Today I have tried to have it charge for a couple hours but rather than charging the phone just died and would not recognize the cable was even connected at all. I am not very pleased with the purchase experience of this item, especially when I have important things like work related things that require me to be able to use my phone, and can't because the phone I received has power and charging issues. It is unreliable. And I am still making payments on both phones that I purchased! They haven't even lasted 6 months yet before issues started happening.

The phone arrived nicely packaged with a few minor, hardly noticeable scuffs around the body. Around the charge port and around the camera bump, as to be expected from pre-owned phone. Nothing that would be a deal breaker. The screen was flawless from what I could see. No dead pixels or screen burn in at all. Quality buy and worth the price, simply because the s21 will get Android 15 update and security patches through 2025. The phone looked brand new. Being a phone that is three years old, the battery life was excellent. The speakers were better than the Note 20 Ultra in my opinion. Go for it!

Ok, so here's my initial review, it may change later but for now here it is. Recieved the phone yesterday,it was very well packed. Came with charger block cord and ejection pin. The phone literally looked brand new, if it were in a samsung box I would have thought it had never been used. I transferred all my data and apps ( and after about 5 years that took about 2 hrs...lol). Then I put my T-Mobile sim card in it and restarted and no problems. Updated the phone. Everything was fine. IMPORTANT: be aware that when transferring from old phone to the new one or charging the batteries the phone will get warm..this is natural. I let the phone charge over night and did a battery usage test..after 3 and 16 minutes hours of continuous use watching videos , playing games , texting and listening to music it had used 44% battery so use that information as a guide, since it was continuous i don't feel that's too bad. Picture quality is good, sound is as well. So as of now I'm happy. If that changes I'll update.

The first unit had a message that there was an issue with the hardware and that it would disable my hardware. When charging the battery started to swell and causing the phone to split down the middle and distort the screen. Ended up getting it to stay running long enough to grab my pictures. Ordered a second and it has so far held up well.

El teléfono venia en perfectas condiciones estéticas excepto por la tapa trasera ligeramente despegada unos milímetros imperceptible a simple vista ,sin embargo me hace creer que no fue bien pegado o si con el calor se vaya a despegar. En cuanto el rendimiento y funcionamiento en general todo bien.

Me llegó en perfecto estado aunque mal empaquetado todo funcionaba a la perfección, a los 2 días dejo de funcionar la cámara frontal
