Why isn't Aragorn the king?

Imo it makes sense to have Gandalf as the king since the war of the ring was really his conflict with Sauron. Aragorn took his place as king once the war was over. 😋

What are the dimensions on the pieces themselves? Im considerimg using them dual purpose for chess as well as D&D miniatures, which are 25-28mm.

They are a little larger BUT can work for D & D

How can I get a replacement for a piece which arrived defective and does not stand?

In the past I've had success getting replacements from the manufacturer.
