The Spice Way Black Cardamom - (4 oz) bulk whole black pods

My family is Swedish and we mainly bake with black cardamom. It is not easy to find always and Spice Way always has fresh herbs and spices and seeds and comes in excellent reusable packaging.Will definitely purchase again as needed.

Came quickly and looks just like the ones we used in Saigon in a cooking class. So I will use it for Pho.

I make pho at home. I like a bit more cardamom in my pho spice packet. I toast all the spices before adding to the recipe. I think this is a good value too. They’re going to last me a few months.

Good spices

I used the whole spices from The Spice Way to make Wassail for a Christmas party. It was a big hit. The spices were so fragrant and fresh. I think that made all the difference in the taste.

I used this ingredient in a Lamb Korma recipe and it was delicious!

I like to make PHO (as well as other soups and asian recipes) and you need the larger amounts. Too expensive buying little jars, over and over.
