O**!
Follow the instructions, works great.
Multiple step process, read and follow the instructions and you'll get a perfect repair. I fixed a chip and slight crack, took about an hour from start to finish. TOP TIP - do the repair on a warm sunny day, helps cure the resin faster as the last step is, "Park the car in direct sunlight and let the resin cure 15-20 minutes." Cloudy day takes an hour, and a rainy day won't work AT ALL!!

I found a major flaw in the design!
I had a small star crack on my windshield from a rock and tried this product out. The instructions were straight forward until step 4, adding the resin. This is a design flaw in my opinion. At this point, we've sealed the area off with the pedestal and adhesive. The only access to the windshield crack is through the small pedestal chamber, and the chamber is filled with air at this point. The instructions say, "then add the resin". Since the chamber is filled with air, resin cannot enter the small chamber! I slightly squeezed the resin tube, and the resin pushed against the air in the pedestal chamber, couldn't go into the pedestal, understandably, but had to go somewhere. So it leaked all over the outside of the pedestal. Honestly, I barely squeezed the resin tube. The only way for resin to go in, is for air to go out. So for the people this works for, they must have an air leak somewhere. Since you're in the shade and the pedestal is opaque, you cannot confirm if resin made it into the pedestal or not. So the remaining steps of creating a low then high pressure environment with the syringe do nothing since there's no resin in the chamber when you think it is there! To make things worst, people then follow the final step of sealing the area off at the end with the resin, meaning they permanently "seal the crack in". Their crack will never be fixed until they replace the whole windshield. Read all the reviews where people say, "I followed all the steps and nothing happened". Yep! Resin never made it into the chamber because of this design and they permanently sealed their crack in. This is the same concept of when you create a small hole in a can of soup and turn it upside down. Soup doesn't fall out because air cannot go in to fill any space because the soup is blocking it.

Works better than good works great!
Worked great ! My husband said you can barely see the crack after use! For such a low price wow ! what a saving, if we had to replace windshield would have been 300.00 dollars easily! Will definitely buy again!

Worked but, not 100%.
I used it on a Little Rock chip on my windshield. It did not completely void the crack ( I may have used it wrongly) but, it did reduce the visibility (size) of the crack. So I would say it's a good product; just follow the instructions carefully.

No high expectations
This product is a mediocre solution. It doesn't fill the crack or chip completely. I bought three for three chips in my windshield. I followed the directions to the T. I am sure that the cracks/chips won't get worse at this point, but they didn't fill in the entire crack/chip, so it is still somewhat visible. I expected better results that this.

Don’t buy Rain-X
I previously used Rain-X repair kit and that was a waste of money. JB weld kit has a better setup and resin. The only downside is the kit is for 1 repair.

Works 40% only.
It doesn't completely covers the crack. Just a little bit cover up.
