The slow shipping during cold is not good
The plant was not supplemented with heat (aka hand warmer) that some suppliers use. The slow shipping and cold weather cause much frost damage. I'm hoping that the one non damaged leaf will help keep it alive. Also, the plant was nowhere near as full of a plant that the picture makes it seem.

No impressed
Not even close to the picture... The soil was moist, but she's looking pretty pathetic.

Fussy, greedy girl
The media could not be loaded. This girl would be happy to sit in soaking wet soil. I bought her a sister and she has a self watering string inside her pot but idk why she didn't come with the outer part so I dropped her in a glass vase that's wide with water and she's been great but this one I had to remove her from self water pot because she'd drink all the water aga be wet but flop over as if she's still thirsty!!! So I'm not sure if they are grown hydroponically or what but I'm aware peace lilies like moist soil but geesgh! I must say I enjoyed her and her sister so much I just got a new big brother for them and he came in Coco coir and isn't very damp even but it's very happy like that so??? I just don't know. I recommend these plants and mine came healthy I just got the b@tch of the crop

Healthy plant but small for the money
I purchased this for my mother-in-law for her new apartment. It is healthy, sturdy and she loved it. But, it was quite small for the money I paid.

Well… it’s a plant.
I’m not overjoyed about this plant.. it’s pretty sad looking. It arrived soaking wet with gnats in the box, and with holes and rips in the leaves…which is unfortunate. However the plant wasn’t expensive at all and I do realize it probably looks a little sad due to being soaking wet and stuck in a box for the time it took to get here so I’m just thankful the plant is still alive with pretty decent roots. I replanted it and gave it some love and care so hopefully it starts to thrive! It is a tiny little thing but I’m excited to watch it grow!
