5 stars for this no calorie sweetner. It sweetens without the after taste some of those others have. It works in coffee, teas and smoothies. And that it's calorie Free makes it all the better. I'm definitely buying it again, bc I love it.

I think I finally found my keto friendly sweetener. I've tried numerous types of sweeteners over three past few years, and all of them have fallen short of my expectations until now. Pyure tastes good, bakes nicely, and most important to me...doesn't crystallize when refrigerated. I used to bake with Swerve, but always hated the crunchy, grainy texture that appeared after you refrigerated anything. No one wants to eat crunchy lemon curd or crunchy chocolate mousse. Enter Pyure! It's a great sweetener that doesn't knock me out of ketosis AND doesn't crystallize in the fridge. Also, it doesn't cause gastrointestinal discomfort, which is a HUGE plus. Pyure is almost perfect with the exception of 2 things. 1. It's double the cost of Swerve which I find somewhat annoying. 2. It can have an off-putting bitter flavor if you measure the same as Swerve. You need to use at least 1/3 - 1/2 less than Swerve, which I suppose does offset the higher price. Overall, this is the best keto friendly sweetener I've baked with so far. I made several treats with Pyure powdered confectioners sweetener over the holidays and my non-keto family happily ate them and told me how good they tasted. They had no idea the treats were keto. That's a win in my book!

I have been trying to reduce the amount of regular sugars in my diet, and this product passed the taste test for me. While there are several brands of Stevia available, I never found one that passed the taste test. This is the one! Whatever is called for when adding regular sugar to a recipe, using half or less of the required amount using Pyure Organic Powdered Confectioners Stevia Sweetener Blend will definitely work well. Also, since switching out from the normal sugar substitutes that are also available, some that I feel contain questionable contents, I have been feeling really good since switching to Pyure. Real and organic is much better than those imitation sweeteners with man made questionable contents. Try it for yourself!

Pyure is definitely my favorite sweetener and more healthy. BUT the price increase is disappointing since I can pick it up at Walmart for $3 less than Amazon. 👎🏼

Beware this is the powdered sugar version :-) it still works great but the concentration is stronger

👩‍🍳😋Perfect for Baking my famous White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake! I used Pyure to cook the strawberries Sauce and the 1/2 Cup for the cheesecake filling. I Made 2 Cheesecakes on Thanksgiving for Family and coworkers at work, and everybody just loved it! I just baked 2 White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecakes today for Christmas and it tastes very good! It tastes just like Sugar. I am going to continue buying Pyure to Bake at home.......

Baking holiday pies for diabetics and needed all forms of sugar free products. I've used white granular Pyure before and love that, so I bought the brown and powdered sweeteners for my holiday baking. Pyure white sweetener doesn't have the 'chemical' composition/taste that some sugar substitutes have and using half the amount of regular sugar helps my money go farther.

I bought this to make my keto brownies, keto choc chip cookies and keto chocolate souffle.. but I regretted it. The aftertaste is so strong that I find it repulsive. I tried it with my cheesecake recipe and thank goodness that was still passable. Definitely does not go well with anything chocolate. I'm disappointed since I make a lot of chocolate goodies. I had to mask the aftertaste with erythritol, which inadvertently causes the overall recipe proportions to be a little off. I'd advise those intending to use this for any chocolate goods to reconsider.
