It seems to be a dry and very mild cheese,not the moist and strong flavor I was looking for.If youre looking for a replacement forKraft Romano, try BelGioioso wedge cheese.You will have to grate it yourself,but I think I found a replacement for Kraft Romano cheese.Let me know what you think.kraft Romano
