These work great! We started out with just 4 for our parts counter and since we have purchased another 16 of them. We now have them on every parts counter phone/computer and also service department phone/computer. They are very noticeable to customers as well as internal employees. Great product. If I had 1 wish to add is that its too bad that they don't come on if you use the handset on the phone but that isn't too big of a deal as 95% of the time we use our headsets. We will probably order another 10-20 for our sales department in the next few months.. Also, after you get the first one adjusted and dialed in the rest are a breeze..

It only lights up when I am speaking (which my co-workers can hear anyway) it doesn't stay lit when I am listening... so it doesn't really serve the purpose for which I purchased it. My coworkers still try to talk to me when I am on a call.

This unit died in just over 30 days. We bought a unit to test in our contact center. We have aged equipment and this would have been the only option. The instant someone tried to use a link cable for training it killed the unit and the voice pickup stopped working. Attempted to troubleshoot and it truly died. Don't waste your time on these.

Wow, my co-workers and boss no longer walk up to me and just start talking, they know when I on a call.

As described, too expensive but it works

I expected this light to sense if I was on the line or not, what it actually senses is ambient noise. So, if the line goes silent, the light goes off. Conversely, if some one is talking loud or coughing or sneezing the light goes on even if the phone is not connected. Not quite what I had in mind but is better than nothing, Keeps people from coming into my office when the light is on.

Works good

install documentation seems geared for IT professional. In corp environment with levels of configuration access, this may not be a 'plug and play' device.

The lights are not compatible with computers and only work on an old fashioned network cable.
