For a person that is bow legged would this help correct it? If yes how fast do you see results ?

You should check with your physician to make sure you don't do any more damage. These may not be the best thing for your situation.

I plan to use the same pair in various shoes that I wear. Is the self adhesive equally effective when removed and placed in other shoes?

The adhesive will probably wear off as the pad is constantly removed and reattached. I position mine below the shoes insole to the back (heel) end of the shoe. They haven't moved around, and I'm sure I took them out a few times to get the final positioning correct. Since I'm using them to prevent inside rotation, naturally they go up against the inside side of the sole bed.....for example, in my right shoe, the thickest part of the pad would be towards the side of the shoe facing my left foot. Hope this helps

Is it Supination & Pronation? Also does it support size 12 men?

It's either / or. It helps with pronation if you put the thick part under the inside edge of your heel; it helps with supination if you put the thick part under the outside of the heel. It's smaller than your foot, so it will work with any size shoe.
