Great lipliner

This is NOT black / doesn't apply In a smooth line
Maybe I misunderstood the description but be warned this is not black. It's like a dark navy blue/black. I bought it to go with the NYX brand black matte lipstick which I LOVE but this liner looks even MORE blue when I try to go in with the black lipstick. Color issue aside it's probably the worst liner I have used in terms on a smooth even application. There is alot of pulling/tugging/skipping. Whatever you wanna call it. I kept going over and over trying to cover up the horrible edges and it just never got better. Would not recommend even if you are going for a blue black instead of true black...
