After you use it you have to change the motor oil my oil look like milk ?

A water cooling system leak into the interior of the engine mixing with the oil lubricating system produces a yellowish off white foam. Either a cracked block or head or a leaking head gasket are the usual suspect for this. I even have had a badly leaking cooling tube under the intake manifold on a 4.6 Liter Ford that no coolant leak additive could fix--a removal of intake manifold and replacement of tube was the only fix. It is very common for Aluminum head/block warpage due to even a one time overheating to cause head gasket leakage that only engine teardown and having the warp leveled can fix. For reasonably small leaks, I have used radiator sealer to stop them.

Yes, I would flush it first, then add the installation seal.

Does it says for how many cylinders it will work per .oz used

Didn't work on 6 cylinder for me.

It depends on how big the crack is. If very big probely not. My experience with with water manifold not likely.
