Appletree Design Barn Yard Cookie Jar, 10-3/8-Inch

There isn't one thing that I don't love about this cookie/candy jar. It reminds me of the farm. The Barn looks awesome, although in most situations they aren't, but this is a cookie jar. The animal figurines attached are so cute and 3 dimensional making them look real. Holds a lot of cookies/candies or whatever you would like. My Kitchen Theme is the Farm and it matches perfectly. I also have red as a main decor so the red barn is perfect. You could say it is the focal point of my kitchen now. I got this on sale evidently because it was $70 and had been more at one time. I'm not sure how much, but $70 really is a Great Bargain for this. I'm happy I got it and I acted fast because who knows if there would have been one if I had waited too long. I highly Recommend you buy one before it is too late. Shipping and handling were done carefully and nothing was broken. It was double boxed. I really love this cookie jar.

Love the cookie jar. When I was searching Amazon for cookie jar for my cupboard I saw the "Barn Yard Cookie Jar" and fell in love with it.I have a red kitchen which is next to my dining room area so the red in the barn matches perfectly. The Black and white cow looks so good with my my blank and white granite counter tops. I have a country kitchen which is decorated with a lot of chickens so the barn fits in with my kitchen so well. The cookie jar is a nice size. Its is sort of big but not too big. The jar could hold a package of cookies if you take them out of the box. It would be great for storing a dozen of homemade chocolate chip cookies because the top has a rubber seal and fits tight so the cookies will stay fresh for several days. But for right now I am storing store my energy bars in the jar because I am on diet. When I need something sweet like a cookie I eat the energy bars instead Much healthier..The jar i very well made and the design of the animals is so impressive. It is like a piece of art. I would recommend that young children besupervised when getting a cookie out of the jar. The jar is ceramic and it could break if dropped or the top was put on too hard.This Cookie Jar would be great for families and for grandmas. I would highly recommend this jar and would buy it again..

I bought this cookie jar for my husband. We keep our meds in them on the table. He had a barn that cracked and broke after a few years. I saw this on amazon and I was so jealous when I saw it. It's beautiful. It's so shiny and I love all the animals. The rooster on the rooftop makes me smile.I have a John Deer cookie jar. It has a light small crack in it but not enough not to use it. If you don't look for it you can't see it, but when I need a new one I'll get this one too.

It’s so cheap made. I chipped paint and bills off the chicken as soon as I started putting the lid on the cookie jar. Had to superglue them back on. I’m sure it will break off again.
