The only pick that matters
If you're a finger style guitarist these were made for you. I have played resonator guitars for 10 years and these are the only picks I've found that hold up to lively playing styles. They wear into a nice shape and hold it very well, they don't make a lot of string noise after this short break in period.I was gifted my first couple of golden gate picks 6 years ago and have never looked back since. They're worth the price

Thumb Pick
Arrived as described. Packaged well. Sounds good.

Slightly too big by comparison
These large thumb picks are looser than Dunlop larges or Peavey larges. They are nice thumb picks, but would really work best on those large thumbs that look like cocktail sausages.

Recommended!
I ordered these for my banjo and I'm very pleased. I don't know why, but the sound is brighter than with my old plastic thumb pick. I shortened one of the picks because they're a tiny bit long for me, but that was easy to do. I'm glad I ordered them.

Love the pick
Great pick i can pick up and down strokes with this Pearl finish thumb pick. I can also strum all 6 strings downstroke only with it. It is hard to strum all 6 up and down because When holding a normal pick with 2 fingers we tend to change the pick angle from downstrokes to up strokes. I also bought a similar pick in a tortoise shell color from another seller. It is the same manufacturer. One said made in Japan .

I found them very comfortable

Good picks, but stiff
Unfortunately, these did not suite my playing style as I prefer a plectrum which is a lot thinner than this. Unfortunately there is not an option for thinner version, so returned..

I found them pretty wide on string end, but filed down with nail file. they stay on thumb really well and sound good.cant ask for much more.
