Super smooth, best leads I've written with
These leads are great if you like the feel of a normal wood pencil, but don't like sharpening them. They fit in any 2.0mm mechanical pencil and are super smooth. I would recommend getting a lead sharpener, some pencils have them built-in to the cap. They are smooth, and they don't break easily at all. These leads last a very long time and, in my opinion, last much longer than any wood pencil out there.

They work great for sketching
I use mechanical pencils with various hardness 'leads' for sketching and drawing... these are fine refills that sharpen well for a reasonable price.

Cost is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars
I'm writing this review about 6 months after I initially bought this product. I would highly recommend this Staedtler lead because it's not only very high quality, but it's very long lasting compared to any of the other of the writing lead products I've bought from any distributor including Amazon. I still have 8 of the pieces of 12 included, and I use this lead every day for my work. I highly recommend spending the extra little bit of money these cost. In the long run they will save you money. They hold the point better and much longer than any other lead manufacturer I have ever used. These are the highest quality lead I've ever used.

Ich verweinde Fallminen zum Schreiben (nicht Zeichnen). Habe Staedtler 200 Mars carbon von 2H bis 2B durchprobiert und mit Faber-Castell verglichen. ich ziehe Staedtler vor, da die Staedtler Minen spürbar geschmeidiger schreiben. Habe auch den Eindruck, dass die Minen homogener sind. (Tombow-Minen gefallen mir allerdings noch etwas besser - noch geschmeidiger!)

書き味は本物の鉛筆よりも心地よく、最高です。Marumanのスケッチブックと一緒に持ちあるいています。 最初、ケースの開け方がわかりにくかったのですが、むしろケースにもここまでこだわって巧みに製造されていることに感銘を受けました。使うときに何かうれしい、誇らしい感じがしますね。

Mines rechanges HB
On pourrait d'abord penser que le prix est un peu trop élevé pour 12 mines de rechange mais la boîte est solide et de bonne qualité. Les mines sont déjà taillées et elles aussi sont qualitatives et solides puisqu'elles sont plus épaisses que des mines critérium normales. Une mine étant assez grande elle dure longtemps et donc 12 mines est assez. Je recommande le critérium Staedtler correspondant aux mines ainsi que ces 12 mines de rechange.
