These bags are great!
I’ve used the bags a few times now. They work well. I would never go back to plastic ones again.

Keeps your oven clean
I use this for chicken or small turkey. If you want though, you can open the bag and expose chicken or turkey to brown the top in the oven to give make it crispier

Cooking in the bag
It meets the need to cook meats and it’s tender…would have preferred a more regular size as I have more bag than meat.

Better results (and healthier to use) than traditional (nylon plastic) oven bags!
A baked chicken in these parchment roasting bags turn out much more tender than when roasted in the traditional plastic oven bags. (And comes out with a beautiful brown roasted skin!). And much healthier as well! Oven cooking time is the same as with the traditional bags. (Medium size bag works very well for a 4-7 lb chicken, baked at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 min or so). Bags are very durable, and do not burn or tear. I’m not going back to plastic!!

Works just like the “old” school brown paper bag without the chemicals of today!
I have been trying to invent the healthy brown bag for roasting. Had my family on the hunt for a healthy option. It’s the only way I make a turkey. I absolutely love the results. With very little effort. I feel like these bags may even work better. I can’t imagine re-using the bag. But for me, the price is right, and is a must, for making a delicious, moist, turkey.

Great for steaming fish!
Easiest, tidiest way to steam fish. I justput the pieces skin side down in the bag, seal it, place in a skillet (dry) on low-med heat, put the lid on. 15mins later (depends on thickness), it's done. Add citrus or herbs in the bag.

This is my second purchase as they are so useful and keep the baking tray and oven clean. What’s not to like? Very handy for cooking spicy fish, vegetables or chicken. Highly recommended
