Mystery of History Vol 4 Hardcover – January 1, 2014

My kids are loving this history, and I am learning more right along with them. She does a great job and really covers key events well. Going to swing back thru and use MOH 1 next year. We have been using Story of the World up to this point, but needed to slow down as we neared present times, as there are so many wars and violence. This aged up well and is handling history appropriately. Christian perspective.

This series of books is incredibly detailed. The author combines both world history and Biblical history seamlessly. We use this series to homeschool a middle school and beginning elementary age child. Each book contains lesson guide lines that are adaptable to the age of the learner. It takes very little effort to teach history from this series of books. Both of my sons enjoy learning history now because of this series. I cannot recommend it enough.

Book was brand new with the code in it. This was the best deal we found on it anywhere. We love The Mystery of History.

I have loved her all of her Mystery of History books for the most part because she folds in how Christianity (the real Christianity) helped mold this world when people were sincerely seeking the God of the Bible through Jesus. History is really His Story, but our world has lost sight of that since it stopped seeking Him through prayer, surrendered thoughts and actions, and reading the Bible daily. There is some very graphic parts that I had to edit for my elementary aged children, especially. But, it was healthy to learn how God has been working His love in all of these years trying to reach all of His children!

Book is pretty easy read. Not much in the companion guide.

Absolutely love this series of history curricula. My kids have gone through the previous 3 volumes and we are looking forward to this volume as after glancing through it I know its going to be a fun and interesting year. I would recommend the Mystery of History series.
