Alex and Ani "Bangle Bar" Rafaelian Expandable Bracelet, 7.75"

I wear this bracelet all the time and it is really nice though I think the entire Alex & Ani line would look more rich if the brushed gold they call Russian Gold finish were a lighter brighter shade of gold. Something about the color tone looks less expensive than other brands of jewelry I have where the gold finish isnt as darkened. I dunno.. Just my personal opinion.. I dont feel as proud to wear the Alex andAni bracelets i have in the russian gold as other jewelryfrom other manufacturers...and i love brushed gold jewelry in general. The Alex and Ani russian gold just seem so so. I have the leo zodiac bracelet too. Just ok.. But i have to give it 4 stars because there is nothing wrong with it.. Just the finish they have created is not to my liking color tone wise.Fwd: had the bracelet for a while. The color is actually darkening and is looking really dingy. I do not sleep or shower with it. I don't think I'm buy more.

I purchased this bracelet for our sons girlfriend for Christmas. The design is just beautiful and can mix well with any other bracelets to have a stacked look, or just on it own. It is expandable, as all Alex and Ani bangles are, so should fit on most peoples wrists by just stretching and sliding. I would think that this would be too large for a child since it is limited on how small it goes. The silver isn't super shiny, it more of a matte silver finish and can go well with just about anything. When I gave her the gift, as soon as she saw the box, she got so excited! She has several other Alex and Ani bracelet's and this was the perfect compliment.

I have several Alex and Ani bracelets but the wire that the bamboo is on seems to made of a super soft metal alloy. The wire part is flimsy and not sturdy metal like my others. It came with Alex and Ani paperwork. Not certain if that would indicate authenticity or not. I have not seen this bamboo style in stores, so I can only compare it to what's in my collection and local distributors. It looks good but I wonder if it will bend out of shape due to flimsiness of the wire.

This bangle, unlike their others is not made out of the same quality strength bangle that the other Alex and Ani bangles are made from. Therefore the size expands way too easily and it can slide off when you take your jacket off or sweater etc. So be careful with it. I've already lost it once. Overall it looks great though and so I deal with the downside

I love this bracelet.Its easy to put it on and very stylish. Since I started wearing Alex and Ani, I keep collecting new design but we don't have much new ones in my country. Amazon US has many selection so I keep coming back to this site. Prices are much cheaper too. A++++

The bar that the beads are on is kinda flimsy, so you need to be very careful with it, but otherwise it's a nice bracelet

I read reviews about the thin wire the beads are on. The wire is thin but works well with the bamboo beads. I have worn several times without any issues and I would be surprised if I did. I like this addition to my other Alex and Ani bracelets, adds a little different look. I would recommend this bracelet.

I love mine. I wear it all the time with another Alex and Ani bracelet. It is starting to show a little wear on the finish- but when I say I wear it all the time- I mean ALL the time, so wear is expected. It's not solid silver, and only the round beads are showing wear, so I have nothing to complain about. My solid band Alex and Ani is holding up exceptionally well.
