I have arthritis in my right hand and there are days when it hurts to use it so I smoke to relieve the pain and grinding with my original grinder sucked as some days I couldn't even grab it let alone twist it. Now it's all just a push of a button and this grinder lets me fill a bowl with auto stop when its full. I love this grinder absolutely worth every penny. Just have to remember to turn it off, wish it had an auto shut off, but no big deal.

I can't say enough about this company or this product, and I never leave reviews. I've bought several ottos now not because they don't work, but because they work so well, and I kept one at multiple locations. I recently replaced one of my ottos after over five years of use simply because I personally found it time for a less sticky one. The new one did not hold a proper charge, which I had never had happen before. I contacted Otto through Amazon support and was promptly responded to, at which time Otto not only insisted on refunding my money despite me offering to pay, but overnighted a brand new one and a more upgraded model in a carrying case (they don't know the usual box it comes in is useful for your grinding handiwork. I've attached a couple of photos of what I received in the overnight mail, which was a pleasant and also unnecessary surprise. The new Otto is on the charger, and I'm expecting nothing but great things. Thank you Otto. You deserve this review.

This is my third review. I've had it for Less Than 3 months and it stopped working. It makes a loud winding slash screeching noise and does not move the grinding mechanism. I'm still well within the one-year warranty. But outside of the one month return. Amazon told me to contact banana Bros through amazon. I contacted them and they wanted a picture of my device which I posted. From that point on I've never heard from them. Very very sad customer service. Amazon had to step in and make it right. Would still cost me a restocking fee but at least I'm not down 160 bucks in total. When the machine was working it was the best automatic grinder I found. But for 160 bucks in the last Less Than 3 months that's ridiculous. Far from the best. So do not buy! I needed this grinder because I had hand surgery. The first one I purchased constantly shut off for no reason. I found out that the rod was that long enough to fully close the limit switch so the grinder knows it's closed. Clearly if all the unit so I returned it. My new grinder works much better but still has its issues. The stuff I'm grinding up is usually a little bit dense. I'll put a nickel size bud in the grinder and there's times the unit cannot handle it. It will try for a bit and then shut off. You either have to wait a minute or two to turn back on or plug in the power cord real quick and unplug it and then you can finish grinding that piece. There's times I put two of them in there and it works fine. They definitely need a bigger battery and probably a stronger motor. And it uses a micro usb to charge. It should definitely be a type-c. I lowered it to three stars because the batteries charge is getting worse.

Beautiful grinder and cone machine. Rechargeable and small enough to stash. Comes with adapter for different size cones, although the grinder works best with Banana Bros cones, which are longer and larger than most common sizes. Smaller size papers can lead to material missing the cone. Fun to use and a great conversation piece

Now to my review of the auto roller. I’ll start with the good then to the bad. The good. :It rolls joints :Supper high quality moldings on the plastics with a nice anti stick almost soft plastic texture. That part is expensive to manufacture so big points to that. The fit finish alone makes me know this is not a cheap item. :It’s a well thought out unit. (See the pic with this text). In the open position the hinge is maxed open but rests perfectly on the table like dead nuts perfect. Again making it feel like it’s a premium product. :I’ve ran around 1/3 ounce through it and it’s to the point it needs to be cleaned. Still works fine so points. :I’ve never had to unclog it or have it not grind all the bud. :The preprogrammed grinding sequence it does is very smart. Almost makes you think it’s getting feed back and changing how it grinds based on load…not the case but still points for making me think that’s a possibility The bad. :Battery life is not the best you get around 6-10 joints per charge over 2-3 days in my experience. Not terrible but not great. :It does not work while plugged in and charging. I’m going to go on a rant on this topic but it’s pretty unacceptable for any DC product to not work while plugged in and charging. It’s a $0.03 one way mosfet to add that functionality. :It uses a micro usb as the charging port. It’s 2025 and we got Apple to use type c. Everything should be type c.

Honestly I was a little worried when I first got this product but since I've had it for almost a year it's honestly really handy as long as you take care of it and don't treat it like a normal regular metal grinder. It's super easy to use clean up is a little bit more difficult but not too bad they give you a brush but I found if you get a paintbrush with the long skinny tip it works better. The size is not too bad you can fit it pretty much wherever you need to. The grind quality is honestly awesome I'm never had one of my cones to lose or to packed of course after it loads it you have to pack it and it's up to you but buy that time it's honestly really awesome grind. I don't use very bad stickiness stuff in it because it is electronical I try to use more of a dryer substance so it's easier to clean up and not caking to it.

Love it rolls really quick and it’s pretty quiet so far so good no complaints great quality for the price very easy to use and clean and stylish might get the gold one next

Very handy , buts gets clogged and very funky. Hard to clean . Lock mechanism breaks quickly. Not recommended
