Best thing I've bought in a long time! Easy to use and clean!

I had a few problems because the box it came in was in shipment for a long time and was obviously handled frequently and roughly. All the Styrofoam packing material was shattered but very little damage was evident. I did have trouble initially on starting it but the lady I talked to at their service center was very patient and did find a way to get it to start. In comparing it to my Traeger, everything on this unit is built and assembles to a much higher standard. As an example even on the cover, in addition to being much easier to install, it even has a substantial set of magnets to ensure it insulates snuggly! Also the grills and all other metal parts are heavier gage than my Traeger which has served me well for two or three years but which just didn"t do steaks well.

well made. quality product. gets a regular workout and has held up well. make ribs, shoulders, brisket, etc. almost every weekend.respect some assembly required but even I guy who's all thumbs managed to get it together.smoking a spatch-cocked turkey for Thanksgiving.

I really love everything about this grill. I'm using it several times a week and it's incredibly easy and low maintenance. Clean it out once ever few weeks with a shop vac and run a burn off, and it's good as new.My only small things i dislike are that it doesn't come with a table/tray, the temperature inside the grill is usually a bit lower than the thermostat says (because of it's placement), and my model doesn't have a smoke stack.Other than that, this thing is a beast. huge cooking area, massive pellet hopper, great temperature range (over 500 with sear plate open), and so much more. can't recommend enough for the price.

Box came open, took forever to arrive.Cooks beautifully. Highly recommend the unit itself. Although it was missing some parts to put together and had to go to hardware store

I purchased this grill as a Christmas gift for my husband. When not in use, is it covered and well maintained. My husband has used the grill 3 times in 1 year and now the grill will no longer turn on.

I was in Texas visiting my daughter and she has one of these smokers.. She made some ribs and right after dinner, I ordered the same model for my home in NY. This has become my favorite toy and I look forward to my nights to make dinner!

Unit arrived damaged. Bottom plate of hopper dented in. Could not remove all the screws to straighten it out because one screw is stripped. Put other screws back in and it still works even though damaged. Thought about returning it but the box was damaged. Stuck with it but it still works. Not happy.
